Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 5 days from the purchase date, we will only refund the cost of web hosting order.
Account Suspension
When invoice payments have not been received.

Cancellation/Termination
Service Cancellation requests must be sent in writing or by email one month prior to the expiry of the same.
If the due is not paid and renewed before the expiry date. We reserve the right to disable the account and all associated services including emails and dns records. Additional charges will be applicable to re-enable the service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, files, emails, backups, restoration costs etc.
If a service has been cancelled / disabled then all files, emails, databases and backups will be deleted from the server without any notification to the client.
Invoice payments
Hyper Web Solution reserves the right to suspend all customer accounts services that have outstanding invoices, in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement. We make every effort to advise customers of any invoices coming due, providing time to cancel such services or make payment. Automatic re-subscription notifications are sent to the contact email address attached to the account 30 days prior to the subscription invoice being issued. In the case the account remains unpaid:
Notifications are sent to customers reminding of an overdue invoice.
Monthly subscriptions are suspended 7 days after the overdue date.
Quarterly and annual subscriptions are suspended 10 days after the overdue date and fined 18% per.
Once an account is suspended, all domain services contained in the account are also suspended. Note: Suspension will prevent all services from functioning. No information, emails, or files are deleted or removed unless the account continues to remain inactive. Once payment is made, an account will be automatically unsuspended and services resumed (Generally within the hour).
Should the Customer Own the Source Code for the Application or website?
When you hire a custom software development company, it’s a pretty natural thing that the main object of your interest is the working application. At first sight, such approach looks pretty reasonable. Custom made application should meet your requirements, be convenient for your users, look attractive and, most importantly, do the job without any bugs. There’s no other source of anxiety, right.
What about my source code
We’re talking about the source code. The truth is that you do not get the right to own the whole application automatically when you apply for the services by us. Source Code Pricing policy differs as per development. Sometimes, the right to own the source code is included in the overall price. But some developments require extra payment for providing rights to the source code. Since ownership of the source code guarantees the ability to copy, sell, and modify software, you should not underestimate the licensing issues and be attentive to the details of the agreement between you and our team.
Hyper Web Solution’s developed codes (not including open source software) are copyrights of PV Web Solution. The codes can be handed over at an additional cost for use once all previous invoices are settled, on the condition that the codes are used only for use or modification for re-use for further development for the specified client or subsequent owners of that legal entity. The codes will be not allowed to be used for re-selling or duplication purposes.
